Mill facing

I think there is a problem with dynamic facing. If your mill has a cornerradius it does not clean up all surface. There will be spikes in the corner of the toolpath. Most chipmil have a radius.

What do you think of making dynamic facing also handle corner radius mills?

What ever his using, he have a problem with facing in the first post. If you reading more you will se he is rekomended to trim toolpath and even to drow his own. Right recomendation will be dynamic opt if only that problem with cornerradius was solved.

70% stepover look good at screen but bad in the rality with all the cornerspikes and the long uncut ribb att the mid in my rektangular part. I tryed dia 20mm 0.8mm rad today.

So now please get this fixed for the next Mu1 and we all can facing dia, rectangular and what ever in all our days.

Here are some screen shots..........Its a horizontal MILLING machine and the screen shot is from the TOP view.

The first level in faceing the first level of round stock.......see the start and end are cutting air.......

Here is a shot of the last level.....by the end of the material......very little air cuts......

Is there a way to get the first cut closer to the material......like a step down where the material gets wider.
