I keep seeing ghosts

I think once a toolpath has been ghosted, It should not only (not) post but it should also be bypassed in backplot and verify. I project a lot of 2d HS paths on solids and always have to unckeck them for verify. pain in butt

I keep toolroads to be projected in a separate toolroad group mainly for that reason.

Until the enhancement comes out you can create two toolpath groups. Call the first one original and the second one toolpaths. All the ghosted paths need to be in the first one.

 

You can just select the second one for backplotting and verify that way without having to uncheck everytime.

I disagree it would be a good enhancement. What happens when you need to verify ghosted toolroads?

not just me/you perhaps opening the file to see, if you/me dosnt realize the ghost is there you see multi paths that make you go hhhmmm. ghost should be ghost throughout

The ghost is for no posting. What you're asking for is something else entirely. Think apples and oranges. To also link back plotting and verifying to not posting is a bad idea.
