WOW, very nice stuff!

I feel useless...I can make a 2x4 into a 1x2. That's about it compared to this stuff.

 

Were these done on 3 axis or 5 axis machines????????

Mine are 3 castings from 3 molds that I made.

on a 3 axis high speed hass vf3

(core/cavity no slides or lifters)

I have to confess, I did not make that leaf with Mastercam. I used a demo version of "Cut 3D". The demo has 4 models with the leaf being one of them. The models can only be cut using their program. It's actually a neat little program and cheap, but certainly could not replace Mastercam.

what do you cut that with (cutter)? whats it cut like?

if its not too tuff looks like some good hobby stuff.

Corian is actually a breeze to cut, like cutting wood. It can get messy, so I have a vacuum system.

I used a 1/4" carbide ball to cut the leaf.

I actually have PhotoVCarve. I have made several Lithophanes. Pretty cool program.
