Post processor won't process

I have a lathe program and when I go to post it, only the first 4 tools get post processed, out of 6. All the operations are selected. Everything looks good.

 

However, when I post the last 2 tools by themselves, they post with no problem.

 

Any ideas why mastercam would only post 4 tools out of 6 when all tools are selected (but will post the 2 missing tools by themselves with no problem)??

My guess is that the .NCI destination is different from the first 4 to the last 2 toolpaths.

select all the operations

right click

edit selected operations

change NC file name

Also if the "toggle posting on selected operations" button (looks like a ghost to me) has been pressed, it won't post even if its got a green check.

Select the operation that is ghosted.

Click on the ghost in the operation manager.

It's not a ghosting issue, I'd bet any money that the .nci paths are different.

He said they post correctly if they are the only ones selected, so they can't be ghosted...

but if the nci paths are not the same, after the first group of 4 posts the last two should post to their own nc file automatically (if all 6 are selected when he clicks post)...

 

Make sure all the paths are the same for starters(red arrows in attached pic) if they are not the same, refer to gcode's post from 12:36

If they are the same... maybe you can post the file here or on the FTP.
