Flip-out type back countersink tools

I have a job that requires a flip-out type back countersinking tool. I have zero access to use the detachable head type so it needs to be a flip-out type. Also, a solid dovetail type cutter would need too small of a shank to do this.

 

Does anyone know a good resource for these type of tools for cutting aluminum.

 

So far, the only source I have found is Heule Tool. Is there others?

Heule is what we use if we can't use detachable style.

We use these: Erix and they perform well

Countersink or Counterbore? How accurate do you need the feature to be? Or is this just deburring. If it is a counterbore, Steiner Technologies Autofacers work well. Not terribly expensive.
