Colin, in-house did that when sharing desktop.

nothing is pointing to an stl.

At the moment I am told to export all the geometry, export lavels, export all toolpath groups.

start a new file then import , geometry, import levels, then import all my paths, then reselect then regenerate .

Do I win any swag for the longest most time consuming work

around to date?...lol <------- have to laugh cuz I have no one to punch.... :(

Can I have the file, we've seen this and fixed it awhile ago....

have had it change "stock shape" to file and your latest file, a number of times. It even sticks next time you start a new part. very frustrating. if you reload your config it seems to cure the problem for a while !!

So I was playing with Colin's recommendation on stock model tolerances. From the small side of the rough tolerances to the small side of the finishing tolerances my toolpaths were with 30 sec of each other (model 7x7x1.5). I think for the time being I am going to stick with the small side of the semi finishing tolerances (.01 stock, .003 path, and .003 tool).

What tolerances are others using?

@Rickster

Did you get any solution on the stock model that was stuck?

I have the same problem, the whole stock model is stuck even if I deleting the "stock model operation" and the operation that belong to it...

It is a PITA then I have about 100 op's and the stock model won't disappear :(
