Guy's

How do you prevent burr's from forming when machining this stuff. All I have is standard carbide endmills for cutting steel. It is just a spacer for and overmolded part to prevent deflection during the molding process. And like usual they need it yesterday. Also what type of cutting params?Climb milling?Conventional milling?

Router bits also work well.

A few years back we used some end mills made for cutting plastic that worked great. Don't remember what they were called, but they looked like a single fluted router bit.

+1 on the single flute cutters.

You have to cut the burrs off with a knife (Xacto), do not try to sand or file.
