5 axis part degree of difficulty

Not a bad part. Don't really need a 5-axis for it, but it sure would help to use 3+2 to avoid using long tools. Walls are fairly thick.

Once set on a process it's a 1-2 day deal at the most programming it. Not really sure about material and tolerances you deal with here. We have programmed hundreds of parts like that with .04-.065 walls (+/-.005) in the last couple of years using mostly 4-axis equipment.

Skill level would be intermediate, or a very patient 5-axis beginner with an understanding management/boss and an access to this forum ;)
