'Lil pop up window on startup

All of a sudden, I'm getting this window popping up at startup (in behind the main window) in X8. In behind this window are also two others titled "Measure" and "CutSim"

 

What is this?

 

I can't do anything with the windows except click on the little cross and close them.

I had those pop up a few times but they mysteriously went away as they appeared....no X9 here...

are you guys that see those running MT?

run verify (or simulation in MT) and dock all windows. See if the problem persists after that. 

I think I saw this when I had some stuff undocked in simulation (or verify).....
