Jack Ihave a mold running right now that has ran since 6:00 pm yeatserday will finish about 12:00pm today. I used 2 toolpaths to make the whole mold I did a surface rough pocekt with ramp entry. I then used surface rough pocekt 2 moere time but with no roughing with 2 smaller endmill and then finished with a surface/finish/scallop using a XL .06 ball with a .0025 stepover. When it comes of the machine will need no hand work.
