I use these same flash cards that you guys are using. The only problem I have had is that our Toyoda horz. needs to configure the card differently, so I have a seperate memory card for that machine, and one for all my others.
I noticed that when I first got the MR1 install that it eliminated the repetitive axis movements from extending the start and finish of contours such as:
code:
N110 G0 G90 G54 X-26.4645 Y-9.0877 S3056 M3
N120 G43 H1 Z.25 M8 T1
N130 Z.1
N140 G1 Z0. F6.4176
N150 X-26.0645
N160 X23.7443
N170 X24.1443
it is now back after I got the newer version of MR1.I was wondering if there is something else I could do to help eliminate it again.
I see what you are saying now. I don't know why it's doing that. are the #'s ok when you post them? It could be a quick manual change. Sorry I couldn't help you anymore than that.
Randy, I took a look at your file and I noticed that for stock to leave with the 4" face mill you have -.01 and for the 2" cutter you have .01, this will cause the step that you are getting. Taht might help with the chamfering problem as well.
I had the same problem, now I can access the site , but whenever I open a file, it's empty. I was looking at the instructions and it said to right click>>copy to folder. there is no option to copy to folder. Any suggestions?
there is alot you can do to the post to better streamline your efforts, but you need to know some stuff about the posts. It would help if you were more specific with what you are having trouble with.

Speaking of changes that are supposed to happen, I thought F2 was supposed to change back to Previous View in MR1. Along with some other changes. I would love it if that worked.
are you rigid tapping?
John was right about coolant also. different kinds will give you problems tapping.
If it is a thru hole make sure the drill is full diameter thru.
