I would like to find out what happened to Usama bin Laden. Anybody know where he's hangin out at, I know a few people who would like to speak with him.
Rob
I've been cutting Delrim, HDPE, PVC, Polycarb and such on Komo routers at 12000 rpm and start ipm at about 300 and then adjust accordingly. We use vaccuum tables and everything works pretty good.

Scott,
You are right about the Wal-Mart stuff. Wal-Mart sells very little, if anything, that is made here eventhough they claim to promote Made In America.

We've been useing unimist on out routers and knee mill, it works great without the mess of flooding, but it does make the shop a little foggy at times and in consintration make it a little hard to breath.

Steff,
Thanks for the insight. this problems seems to get stranger the more I deal with it. I can take the version 9 file, save it as a v8, bring it back into v9, print it, and it works great, if I edit or change the file it reverts back to the strange spacing. What I have done now is stopped using the true type. It seems to be working fine now (as long as I don't use true type).
thanks again

I'm having difficultly with the letter spacing when I make a hard copy. On the screen the spacing looks fine, but when I print it, it doubles the space. We have two seats of V9
level three and they both do the same thing. Does anyone have any suggestions.
Thanks
