I believe you would need to get the software for angle measuring and 3d measuring thru renishaw. I was wanting to find angle locations a few weeks ago... i was told i would have to get the other software to do that.

Backed the speeds and feed off 50% using the osg. also chip break .005" chip.

Just pick ur drive surfaces and use a boundary. Then use the inside of boundary option with an offset of tool.Never have used check surfaces with the HST.

WHy when i merge a file does the entities i merge stay red even though the properties state its a different color. Clear colors doesnt take care of it niether does repaint. Its got me confused!

Look into the Mitsubishi carbide inserted ball mills. we use .500 thru 1.25" they work pretty good
