Yep - 7 holes in had a melt down .H13 .. 3.0 deep hole with coolant flooded .Using this type of drill . ( dijet indexable drill )
1000 RPM 7.0 IPM .Looks like will be going back to a twist drill . At least it will not melt down .
It would be nice to make it work ... saves a lot of time .

The print says Cam path ... there's a eject and load cycle .
I don't have 5 axis so my 2 options are 3d path or rolldie .
The edges have to be square .. so I would think I will have
to go with Rolldie and hope for the best .
Hi everyone - Could I please get some help with this 4th axis
cam . Am I better of using the rolldie toolpath or the 3D .
I can't tell witch would work better . I don't have the time
to experiment on the machine .I saved the file in X6 / Jim2
I'm using X6 . Thanks for any help

I have the line layout on level 10 . Drawn
as per print .The description says
Layout - Cam Path Development .
One end says Eject cycle
other end says load cycle .
Hi everyone - I need some help with this part that has a slot
in it . I need to know if I have drawn this properly .I draw the
lines from the print then projected them to the surface .
The only problem I see is the rad from the cutter on the
inside slot .Thanks for any help .
