Hi We using Renishaw MP 700 probe on Okuma VMC. Looks like this is 3d probe. All i can find in the book codes for 90 deg walls. Is it possible to use it for checking drafted walls(surfaces) ? Is some one has any idea ? Thank you in advance .

I agree with you, Kevangel . Degmc , All you saying just theory .I am sorry . Molding business need high qualification from people working in . No less , might even more that for aviation ,medical e.t.c. I worked for military and for medical and other so i can say that. Already for long time we doing parting lines , shat offs etc with zero stock . With minimum hand work . Still molds going over sea . Also we always hunting for challenger works for different industries.

Ok Degmc, We are probably best molding shop in our area . In business over 25 years. Our equipment - high end . Our problems and why we losing the game : 1 . That we (sometimes) can’t cannot buy material and supplies for money that Chinese offer for mold . 2 We have different tax and environmental restrictions and rules 3 We using all legal software 4 We not using slavery here and our cost of living different 5 Our quality is perfect no matter what Etc……etc But our biggest problems that some people don’t understand that After all they going to be next . GM as good example .
