Thank you guys ,
I personally always using constant overlap spiral method because in my opinion it less that other leaving not machined areas in complicate pockets and more gauge save I guess
But it not always super duper best ( I can see that) as surface rough method , so I ask for some else opinion
Regards
E0 - is oriented spindle before you start tap , so you can re- tap hole again (deeper for exam.)
Long time ago when I looked thru manual I guess i sow some parameters that you can change for decreasing-increasing delay you asking . I would phone to application guy and let him to solve this problem.
regards

T1 M06 ( D0.3125 " | R0.0000 )
(MAX - Z.5)
(MIN - Z-1.25)
N1 G00 G90 X-1.4581 Y1.829 S108 M3
G94 G56 H1 Z2.5
G71 Z.5
G95 M327
G284 Z-1.25 R.1 F.0556 E0 M53
X.767 Y.7586
G0
G94
I am not using G80 , i am not 100% sure but it could create your problem, use G0
Look, if it work for you

Hi,
We using renishaw probe on our 4020 okuma milling center.
Last time I found that center of measuring hole always out by Y on 0.0005-0.0007 of inch.
I redialed ruby if probe and recalibrated probe again but it doesn’t help .
I tested probe on test ring result same Diam . size is perfect , center point is out.
Anyone has some experience with this issue ?
Thank you in advance
Hi
I would like to ask some one who has more experience on Fanuc 18 .
In REL position mode there is soft keys “MEMFPR”, “PTSPRE”,”RUNPRE”.
What this SK for and how to use them?
I looked thru the books and can’t find information about it.
Thank you in advance
You can do any variation you wont ,
But in schedule file you should basically call name of you program from device (MD1: for example ) this program locate . In my example program in my computer and I running DNC by default. So name every program for every part and simply call this programs by schedule program.
I am probably not leaving in the real world, but I am using almost everything you ask(not using library now).
What is your problem? Ask.
To put programs for several parts together make schedule program(….. .sdf file):
For example:
(SCHEDULE FILE FOR JULY/2006)
VSET VC41=3
PSELECT pefi049-trd-10us_02.MIN
VSET VC41=4
PSELECT pefi049-trd-10us_03.MIN
VSET VC41=6
PSELECT pefi049-trd-10us_04.MIN
END
• VC41- zero offset number here

Clean granite plate and checking surface first.
Put part on granite plate by checking face down.
Use feeler gages to check gap . This is simplest way to check flatness I guess
