  1. Is it possible to set mastercam verify in the way when tool simulates from the top plane and part is rotates as in real life for VMC with 4 axis rotary? (not in the way when part start jump as a rabbit around the tool ) thank you
  2. We do pieces 20 inch max so far I just asking if there is machine build for this kind of work and materials . I mean with vacuum or spatial filter for coolant . Graphite machine has so much RPM which definitely don't need for G10
  3. Hi everybody , What machine you can advise for cutting materials as G10 ? As example we have graphite machines as Okada , but they too weak to cut G10 big enough parts .

  5. I am using .ssb programs for the different probing cycles They are limited there is only 10 places for g call and 10 for M calls . Can you guys post an example of engraving code as using .ssb file ? thank you in advance .

  9. So far I Hate this interface , sorry creators Way I work- I am typing by left hand ,right hand on mouse . So I am minimum using the top menu . People like me suppose to memorise new letter combinations for the command and it seem to me not as convenience as use to be .

Finally just got full functional rotary for my Okuma - Genos -560 m If rotary on right (tool changer on left ) , chuck face to tool changer , how I suppose to configure Machine Components Manager-Rotary Axis ? X+ must be in red or X- ? (Sorry for such of primitive explanation) By default X+ red now Thank you in advance

Hi Everybody , We just got new used Okada graphite machine with Fanuc 160im (windows base) control and have some issue with it . when we use pulse handle (on x100 on manual mode) z axis still keep moving up or down about 0.5 inch after we stopped rotation . What parameters we must change to illuminate this issue I am tried to play with parameter #7100 didn't work . thank you in advance

  16. Hi everybody , Another question to Okuma gurus . Long time ago , when I ran OSP 5000 or so I was be able to create blank material block . On my new control osp -p200 ma can't find this option (soft key ). Can you guys direct me ? I can't find in the manual (special function ) instruction for it . Thank you

  21. Hello everyone , Just found mastercam x9 pc1 file saving process go for so long . Same file in x8 saving much faster . Anyone notice this issue ? Is it fixable ? Thank you in advance
