I found it works ,but you have to wach Parameters as "Radius of tool that shaped stock and Min toolpath rad that shaped the stock".
For some reason it does't work some times when in my opimion it must work .
I can't realy find the rule so far

Is standard gauging software same primitive as before ?
Also they asking 1180 bucks for the MID block restart .
Before i ran very basic Okemas and MID block restart as standard option.
We got Super NURBS , but why they recommend glass scale with it ?

I have bunch of questions to someone who using this type of machine or similar.
1 What type gauging probe you recommend to buy
a) OMP40
OMP 400VA
c) OMP700 VA
What is "manual gauging" on this machine ?
What is "MARPOSS GAUGING INTERFACE" ?
What is User Task3?

Sometimes Mastercam (i running x6 mu3) when you picking up new tool, reading length offset number as head number while suppose to be dia offset and length offset equal tool number
After picking up on this tool again it switching to right length offset

Trying to cut simple groove 0.25 inch wide by the grooving tool .
Insert with (D) 0.25 inch .
Groove definition- 1 point .
In the "groove shape parameters " checking "Use tool with" number is 0.26 inch .
Can some one explain ,why it happened an how i can make this number right ?

machine don't have any counter balance ,only motor .
....
70 % is Normal but down and 20 % and up movement load 120% make me nervous . I think must be around 70 % +/- 10 % on up and down movements , so motor balancing weight

Please help me please to understand what is going on with my Okuma MC-V4020
We just got ball screw replaced on Z axis because unormal noise when z axis moving up and down .
Dealer can’t give me an answer .
Nose become not as strong as before but load on Z axis in up direction up to 120 % and on down direction 20% . When Z axis not moving load 71%.
If someone who has same machine can check on yours and give me the numbers I will be grate appreciated .
