Program restart function in Cimco Edit has been requested. The way to do it now is use the good old "Copy" & "Paste". FYI, Cimco DNC-Max allows you to restart program from "Line Number", "Block Number" or "Tool Change". And it works in both Manually and Remotely.

gcode is right, the info of Mastercam program is kept in the nci file, the post is the translator to convert nci into NC codes.

1. Try the HTML setup sheet from eMastercam.com and see if you like it (however, this one does not show the part). 2. Predator Virtual CNC's HTML setup sheet can do the things that you want but you have to run you NC codes through Virtual CNC to get it (they have a chook for Mastercam as well).

May I add: When you want to differentiate between operations (such as between Milling and Drilling), an easy way to do is to use variable "opcode". In Mill, opcode 3 is for drilling operation.
