Hi Guys.
I'm looking to see if anyone in MC land has the mmouse.dll c-hook they could E-mail me. I looked on the ftp site, Not there. there is the Mcutil.dll that is similar but I don’t care for it. I lost everything awhile ago and cant find it. I ran a search, but no luck. Thanks
Hi Guys
I need to give tangent points to one of our manual guys so he can program it into one of our EasyTraks. I drew the contour and now I would like to have MC put a point at every element start and end point on the contour. I already gave the guy his info. by putting a point at each place by clicking at it but I can't seam to find a add point option to do this all at once. Is there one that I didn't find or a C-hook somebody knows about for next time. Thanks
Niigata Horizontal with high speed machining.
I may even fit it in memory and if not I've dripped large programs with short moves at fast feeds before on it. It will have no problem.

So since we are explaining, what is 3.82?
12/PI= 3.82
Sfm * 3.82/Dia= RPM
Sorry took so long I was re-reading thread and saw that I missed that part.

.06 meant exactly 6 cents. Betts added his 2 cents twice for a total of .04. Then I threw in my 2 cents for a total of .06. Sorry for the confusion. I suck at this job.
The material is graphite.

Now up to .06 up to .06 stepover?
Data-flute is the cutters I use most. The bigger the end mill= the better finish wise?
Hi Guys.
I need to 3D profile a part and I need a 8 micro finish. The part can not be polished, it must be machined in. Looking for formulas or other information to figure out Cusp-vs-Ball mill-vs-Stepover amounts. I can just guess and adjust from there but its a pretty big program. I hoping you die hard 3D Guys can help. Thanks
