Another free alternative.
If that doesn't work you can email me (chuck at porterpunch dot com) a copy & I'll take a look in Illustrator, but it could just be a low resolution picture.

I believe ltlchg$ is the section you need to look at. That should be called when there is actual tool change. The ltlchg0 (null tool change) is called if the same tool is used with a diferent offset. For example I might use the same tool to finish two diferent diameters & set them up with T0101 & T0121 so the opereator has a separate adjustment for each dia.

If I understand what you're askin
#1-#33 are local variables & change from sub to sub.
#100-#149 are global, but loose their value when you shut down a machine.
#500-#531 are global & can hold their value even when the machine is shout down.

The software has to support hyperthreading for one instance of an app to use multiple processors. So if you have 1 instance running you use 1 of the 4 available processors or 25%.

We are now including Cimco Edit 5 with our industrial seats Hello Todd, could you elaborate on what qualifies as an industrial seat? You guys are me reseller for MC & I haven't heard anything about that.
Thanks
I was able to open them in AutoDesks TrueView. It looks like diferent Paper space layouts. I didn't see anything in model space & when I tried bringing them into X2, I couldn't find any geometry (blanked or unblanked).
One of the jumps in the wiring circulates a signal. If that signal is not there you get your DR signal error when trying to receive. Output from the control does not check for this signal.

Could I:
Use NetHASP to use MC9 OR MCX?
Remote from home and use either?
I think there is a min number of seats involved with nethasp.
Also there is no reason you couldn't have 9 & X on the same PC.

These files from the forums FTP site...
Arc MultiEdit (X2).ZIP contains 3 files ->
Arc MultiEdit.DLL
Arc MultiEdit.TXT
Arc MultiEdit.FT
And Arc MultiEdit.ZIP contains the same 3 files, except that the DLL is complied for pre-X2 versions of X.
From Roger post (up a couple) looks like its already done.
Looks like Rogers already taken care of that. Its in the X2_Add_Ons folder ont the FTP.
Just a guess Heavy but if you open an explorer window with the Multi edit file in them & go to Tools >> Folder Options >> View & make sure the "Hide extensions for known file types" is not checked I would bet you'd see the .ft file.
Your system may see an .ft file as a Paradox style sheet. Different programs may use the same extension for different purposes.I'm not sure that would cause any problems though, My PC "sees" my post files (.pst) as Office Outlook Data files.

On the drilling parameters page Check the "Clearance" check box & set your initial plane there. Make sure the "Use clearance only at start & end of operation" is unchecked. That should give a G98 in your drill cycle.
