Delete >> All >> (pick level) >> Check. You will get a dialog asking delete associative entities, say no. Only non-associative entities will be deleted.
Note: Back up file before you try this. I don't wish to scr_w you up. But I think this will work. The level will have to be turned on to be selectible in the all dialog.
Maybe I am thinking of something else.
Pete when I have my file open dialog set to MasterCam, as soon as I select a different extension other then .MCX it crashes. When I brought this problem up on the forum No one could help me. Do you know anything about this. I have tryed everything except reinstall. Like I said if it comes to that I am just going to wait for X2 and a clean install.

If this happens when you are selecting the extension, I have had the same problem. Not sure what caused it. I thought maybe Windows update.
I have a workaround, not great but works. You will lose your import options. They will have to be set in your settings configure menu.
Go to the Windows control panel. Under the MasterCam X icon you will find "file open dialog style" set this to Windows standard. This will get you thru if you have the same problem as me.
A complete reinstall might fix it, but I am just going to wait for X2.
If your # finish step = 0 then the .0625 will not be in the program. At least it should not be. All depths should be .1. Run the toolpath in backplot and see what the step down is in the program itself.
Last I checked Pro drill still did not support UG Geometry. Without that it realy was no better then MC. We had a trial version, would not cut any time off the jobs we do.
Where I work, when modeling we use tap drill size for tapped holes and standard size for reammed or clearence holes. Haveing worked in the shop for 12 years before programing, I know most tap drill sizes.
When picking holes I use the Hole table Chook. It makes a list of all hole by size. Then when selecting holes I use all >> Diameter = (size). I never miss a hole. The Chook also gives a hole count so you can be sure you have them all.
Did you try the Surface high speed toolpaths? they have scallop toolpaths. Under linking Parameters you have leads. I think this will do what you want.
