Please help Mastercam 2022 odd ribbon

I have setup Mastercam on a new computer, windows is up to date along with the graphics card. However whenever I open Mastercam 2022 this large bar appears on the side of the screen, along with very large colorful gnomons that are not translucent. This is very annoying, I can't figure out what it is, I have reached out to local Mastercam techs with no luck. I am desperate.

It looks like the scale for used to set colors when you compare verify results to design models

I have no idea how it could end up on the main graphics screen.

Being a new instal on a new machine, I have to ask.

haha I have no idea! But yes that is what I was thinking too is some type of compare/verify thing.  You will be my hero if you can figure out how to turn it off.

 

The IT guy at work set it all up, when I got on it and saw that is when I checked windows, drivers etc to make sure they were up to date.

Looks like you have installed the Verisurf free tools, the setting to turn that off is in there somewhere

Desktop or Laptop? Screen resolution problem? Have you tried changing the screen resolution? What are the graphic settings? Are you using the Microsoft Scaling? Did IT give your user account full permissions the folder inside of C:\Program Files\Mastercam 2022. Here is an older screen shot, but still the same process.

Agreed, the gnomon looks like the one that gets installed with it as well, if I recall.  It's been a good couple of years since I installed it..
