In my Pallet Pool Post, I created a custom drill cycle that has all the variables for probing work offsets which is why I created the probe in the first place. I wanted to be able to probe for fixture locations and such.

Ok, for all those still wanting James files, I have placed them in the "unspecified uploads" folder in the folder titled "new folder" cuz i am an idiot and didnt relize i could do that. So they are there right now.

4-40, 6-32, 6-40, 8-32, 10-24, 10-28, 10-32, 1/4-24, 1/4-28, 1/4-32, 1/4-40, 5/16-24, 5/16-28, 5/16-32, 5/16-40, 3/8-24, 3/8-32, 7/16-24, 7/16-28, and 1/2-32.

 

I had a little spare time today. I may get a few more depending on how other projects go.

Thanks much James! After looking at them closely, I know why my previous attempts to "define" new profiles were miserable failures. Great work - I was successful in untangling one of the form tools I had tried to make.

I toiled many hours a few years back on a contract job to assist the conversion of a company from SmartCAM to Mastercam. I had to create and update 200+ Tools. They had all the profiles of their tools and converted them to IGES and I had to do the rest. It was laborious but I learned a lot.
