Anyone still using oxygen gvx1 with Mcam?

Just wanted to know, I'm using it but have my graphics disabled because

1. can't see my autocursor

2. corrupting my graphics display of my office XP when I use Mcam and MS Office together

anyone knows how to solve the problem?

I had that card about 3 mcam versions ago. get at least an fx gforce card there cheap but they will get you by a lot better than your current card

Oxygen was bought out a couple of years ago,

by Creative. They still had driver downloads available the last time I looked.

You might see if you can find a newer driver.

I started having trouble with my Oxygen card

early in the V9 cycle and switched to NVIDIA Quadro cards.

Yes I am ,I havent had a single issue with MC.

I am on my 3rd PC since V6, Same card though.

It is a little slow on SW .ASM 's

I will replace it as soon as X hits

and there is a Card recommended by MC.

Maybe MayDay is right, could be that this is a way of Mastercam saying 'CHANGE YOUR GRAPHIC CARD'.

Try changing the drivers to see if I can salvage the card.

I remember when the oxygen card was all that & a bag of chips; isn’t it odd how quickly technology just moves along.

 

To think that I actually lusted for this card.

funny you say that Jack, strange how technology can age so fast. wasnt long ago I spent good $ on a voodoo 3dfx for gaming at home. I laugh at that one too now
