Yup, you can be pretty certain someone has one.

NO ONE is going to just give it to you.

Read the FAQ.

If you need a specific post, call and ask your reseller. If you don't want to buy then you better dig in and figure out how to customize it.

Ask for help customizing you will find plenty of help. Ask for a post, ESPECIALLY as your 1st post and trust me you are NOT going to like some of the things people say.

I have a finely tuned post for Kitamuras. It's going to cost tome coin though. Probing, Macros, Tool Breakage Detection, AI-NANO, Chip Conveyor, High Pressure Coolant, and a bunch of other features. I have about 80 hours into it. If you're interested send me an e-mail and we'll talk.

Well at least it took him 7 months to work up the courage to do it.. rolleyes.gif

edit:

Why don't you guys have a wicked_crash.pst that you could send to people that ask for posts in this kind of situation??

I don't think any of us are really that mean. We'll just flame, and/or rib, them a little bit. And if they realize the error of their ways and come back we will still help them.

That makes it even worse, you know he had to see at

least a couple flames in that amount of time.

Slepydremr,

Just go to the pzout post block and change the math on the first line in the post block to create your favorite crash. The other ones are in pxout and pyout. biggrin.gif

Toolman184,

I have one that is kicking around that I did for what I wanted the default and only post for the Demo version that would say "Buy Mastercam Now" after every linear move and "You know you want Mastercam" after all arc moves.

All in all just fun with posts. smile.gif

Well I see this forum is full of bored people with nothing to do but find fault with others who need help. Thanks for all the candid remarks, I do have a lisenced lathe-mill level 3 with solids and have the capability to modify my own post. I don't understand what the big deal is anyone can modify the post. Also I contacted my mastercam resellers for the post before I asked for help and none of them had ever heard of a Kit system 1000 which is no surprise cause I hadn't either. I have too much money invested to steal mcam products at this point just thought I could find some good natured fellow programmers who had seen code for this machine. Sorry I didn't take time to read the rules to be able to ask for help.

Well here you go.

Starter Post

People have effort, sweat equity and in some cases cash, invested in theirs. You come to the forum, not a new memebr, you registered some months ago looking for something for free. A very auspicious beginning.

Noobs have recovered from worse faux pas.

Good luck

I couldn't DISAGREE more. I've seen people almost routinely go out of their way to provide others with help. You came in and asked for a finished product, not help getting to that point. You shold realize many here make a living doing what you asked for.

If you had asked for that or how the Kitamura code differed/resembled a more familar format you might have gotten different results.

Hey machtek,

I sent you a kind e-mail telling you of what I had and YOU did not even have the courtesy to give a "sorry I'm not paying" or a "sorry I'm not interested", or anything.

That's the kind of reply that gets you no where fast around here.
