CI think I caught a glimpse of 304 on the 500HP'busa video about 2/3 of the way into it. That's about 189MPH... and crackin' off wheelies at nearly that speed like it's nothing... eek.gif

 

Somethinh else REALLY scary about that bike... almost no fairings... was the guy strapped in???

Lee Sherts broke the 1 mike record at Maxton last year. 251 or so through the measured mile. Said the bike lifted the wheel going into 6th at about 220.

Pro Street guys are getting right at 500hp to the ground. Turning 7.10's in the 188 neighborhood. On a street bike.

The bike Lee Sherts rode is street legal as well. Belongs to a Nascar crew chief. Can't remember which one though, but it's his daily driver.

WTF...6 years ago I was riding my 145hp Vmax like a man possessed. My mantra was "If you don't dump at least once per year, your probably not going fast enough". And I did my share.

Since then, I got married and have 2 boys. I'm looking at the videos posted above and thinking, "That's so irresponsible".

How did this happen?
