New X+ for X2

You can download the new X+ version for X2 here .

 

- now you can use an Excel macro in your Excel template to do any kind of formattings or whatever.

An example template "Format_Sheet.XLT" is included.

Just use the "Format_Sheet.XSS" config file in XSetupSheet to see what happens.

XSetupSheet calls a macro named "format_sheet" after generating the Excel sheet.

The installation will copy a file logo.gif in the mastercamx folder. So please make sure you save your own logo.gif (in case you have one) before installing X+.

 

- the HTML tool list includes now "...chooksX+tlist.css".

That makes it possible to apply some styles to the table.

An example of tlist.css is included.

I made a new folder and put the old X+ files in it. Then it worked fine.

Brilliant,, now how do I change the layout and format of the setup sheet.

Where do I find the macro, and with what program is the *.xss data written.

The Macro is in the Excel-Template.

You can edit the macro with the visual basic editor "Alt+11" or "Extras-Macro-Visual basic editor".

 

When creating a macro, it'S a good start to start recording macro, do the formattings, stop recording the macro. Then edit the macro and do the fine tuning.

Cheers Günther, I have managed to define a new cell and format it and place in a time factor, that gives out a more accurate time analasys of the program.

Gunther, I have been needing to ask, is the Rapid Fr box in inches or meters per minute? If I use the actual rapid in IPM of my machine it makes the time way low.
