How do I uninstall SP1

Recommended Posts

Matt

This is a simple contour that looks loke the letter "P" (closed of course) it cuts something that does not even resemble the part. The verify shows no problem. I saved the geo (save some) as a DWG and retoolpathed it in X MR2. Works fine

There was also a XY zero shift of .400 in X and .1 in Y that was totaly unexplained. I'm going to zip it up and send it to QC

Then I'm going to uninstall SP1

I can't take this....

We just installed X2 SP1 on one of our 4-stations... The programmer just zoomed in on a hole in his part, and was informed that "Mastercam will be shutting down, sorry for any inconvenience" (No problems zooming before SP1)

Luckily I came to the forums to see if we were alone - before we "updated" the other 3-stations!

So this new service pack fixed bugs??? LMAO

Dragracer,

When you get a chance, please open mastercam, load the file with the bad toolpath and run zip2go and send the Z2G file to QC.

Not to be a smart A$$, but are you sure you have the same MD/CD and post in X2 SP1 as in X MR2?

Also, what trashed your file. Mastercam? Please add more detail so we can help you figure out what is going on.

Jim

I have been using X2 since the day it was released with no issues. I had my reseller give me a hand with MD's and CD's. That was all good. After I had downloaded SP1, I had a very simple contour post something that was not even close to the programed or backplotted contour. I then copied the geometry over to X (which is where my MD nad CD came from) nad it made the correct part.

I will zip this up in a bit an dsend it off to QC
