Yeah, I took a file and clicked on "Save as", changed the name and clicked save. I didn't notice that it didn't save the old geo until I went to open it the next day. It never saved under the new name, just overwrote the old file.

 

I know this isn't the same thing as what you're talking about but some strange things are happening with my files. It could be me though since I haven't been able to duplicate it. headscratch.gif

This has saved my A$$ more times that I can tell you. I have several minor crashes a week in Mastercam but I seem to have one major crash a month and this utility has saved my butt.
