It is still broken for large files. It is hit and miss with me, the same as it has always been. For roughing, i always set my tool tolerance to .008". For semi-finishing, I set it to .004" and I'll set it to .002" for finishing. Normally it will save fine for my roughing toolpaths, but I have had several failures when semi-finishing down to a 1/2" ball mill. And yes, still takes ages to verify.
