yes, to both. i just re-installed your original x+ for x4 and it worked fine.so then deleted original and installed new version and lang and i still have the same problem. i do notice at the bottom left the tool list is the number 7 which is how many tools it displays. i'll do a ziptogo and email you.

it seems it will not recognize any of the drilling functions, i deleted the english version and ran it in german with the same results.

I reloaded it from my browser page and it works just fine. I don’t know what could be doing this, but I am happy that it works just by saving and reopening. I don’t expect you to trouble shoot this problem any further. Anyway thanks again for your product and for your help!

Thanks for the location Shazam. Now, I can't find the installation instructions. I ran the .exe and installed it. I just don't know how to activate it it. X+ isn't in my set-up sheey drop down in Config.

Go to Settings Customize! It is second from the bottom in the category drop down. Make new tool bar from there.

I have the lang.dll in the above folder but still not in english.....any ideas??

Download the english lang.dll and relplace it with the original one.

I'm having trouble getting the english loaded also. I downloaded the X+ file then I downloaded the english file. then I replaced the lang.dll in the X+ with the english lang.dll. Is this correct?

when creating a tool list i want to adjust the width of the columns, do i edit the "format_sheet.xlt" and/or macros in that sheet?

the tool list is html.

you can drag & drop the columns in the list view, change the width to 0 for the columns you don't want.

i was able to edit the tlist.css by adding some lines to maintain column widths.

 

for the setup sheets i would have to edit the

"format_sheet.xlt" whether i'm using "Format_Sheet.xss" or "XSETUPSHEET.xss"

I went to the website and i dont see in the zip file the installer for x4 ..

the box will not show up in my tool bar states..

 

I had no problem in x3 just now but x4 will not work

i can Alt C to set the setup sheet but thats it.

Gunther , i think i found a little bug

 

if you got a manual entry in your selected operation and create a lathe tool list , mastercam crashed every time

 

i got to deselected all the manual entry to get it work properly
