NTMA Training Centers is probably your best bet. Community Colleges typically do not cover 5-Axis.

Code_Breaker (member's handle) Teaches at the Ontario (Inland Empire) facility and could probably elaborate a little better on what specifically they teach.

I'm with you though, I prefer a classroom setting. Not as many distractions IMHO.

You guys are VERY lucky to live in So. Cal. where there are many people that have the experience and are able to teach a class and help out. I was looking dilligently do find some classes on it, and the only ones I could find were either at CNC software, or in So. Cal. I'd love to get in on some classes on it. *SIGH* I don't see the company that I work for in the position I am in, sending any training my way though. I've definately gotten my fill from the website though on the 5 axis stuff. And even sending files back to CNC Software. It's a pretty steep learning curve, but once you understand it, it's VERY powerful and will just all the sudden click and make sense. Good luck.

While at the present time that feels like a curse, it is DEFINITELY a blessing. The stuff nobody else wants is the stuff that makes your company the most money. Just don't skimp on technology, you'll pull out whatever hair you have out. biggrin.gif
