Gentlemen:

Looking for a 2nd shift supervisor for a Job Shop in the San Diego, CA area. This is a new position to develop a 2nd shift for this facility.

This person should have 5 years experience minimum of programming and setup from blueprint with G-code programming at the control. 1-2 people operators will be under them for starters. Hands on position running machines, G-code programming, setup, troubleshooting, mentoring, operating 5 Axis Haas and Mori Mill/Turns. Needs to be independent and responsible. Mastercam X4 is used for the 5 axis programming and fixture design.

This is a long term position to develop and maintain the 2nd shift department.

90 days HMO/ PPO 1 year 401K. 6-8 hours of OT per week with M-Thursday 4:30PM to 2:30AM.

Probably a $2.00 shift premium. Which is negotiable.

$25 to $30 per hour for the right person.

Email me at [email protected] with any questions.

Thanks,

Brian Cerkas

I think it's nice that the parameters are clear and up front.

It's simple, if it's too low for you, walk away.

But, if you read the parameters, it does not say anything that the position is for a 5 axis programmer, only that the company uses MC for 5-axis.

Yes Brian, be VERY careful of candidates with those initials which I will not speak! eek.gifbiggrin.gif

You won't get paid if you place him and there's a 99.9999999999% chance he'll soil your reputation. We're just looking out for you. biggrin.gifcheers.gif
