CNC Programming Check List

I have to write a CNC Programming Check List for both on-site, off-site, and sub-contractors. I don't like "re-inventing the wheel" so I thought I ask the forum before moving ahead ... anyone has something they use?

I had one I used to have my programmers check off some years back. Like most forms, people just checked the things off and missed them anyway. Needless to say, the system only lasted a month or 2. It wasn't until I started to track missing info / steps and bringing it up at review time that I saw any progress.

here is one i use also for my military training classes.i have taken out header. pretty basic, change as needed.

tried to attach it, but i have used too much of the allocated size. that really needs to be opened up.....A LOT. especially for mod's, the upload size should be at least 50 meg's.
