Adjust Start & End Of Contour

Just programmed a part that had to have machined chamfers all over. This new "adjust start and end" feature on the lead in / lead out page is priceless. No extra drive geometry do create just drive of the edge curves of the model and walk off or stop short using this parameter.

I use this tool alot , love it for cutting solids that is for sure.

It does not work if you are using a ramp cut. Has anyone else noticed that?

I also use it for chamfering mold bases to stop short of the interlocks and steps. Great feature.

No doubt this feature is priceless. This and the extra toolpaths added to circlemill are almost worth the price of admission.

No more extra time spent breaking and/or drawing extra geometry!

i LOVE this feature also except that we have to keep in mind that it extens or shortens in a linear direction so in the case of arcs you can end up with unexpected results at your start or end of the programmed path. please try it on an arc so you'll see what I mean. (or do a search on the forum about this feature)

Yes, I have found this feature does not work with ramp cut. Does anyone know why?
