For repeat jobs, we are actually beginning to make up "shadow board" type "Trays" with cutouts for each tool and an area to store extras. We make up a little parts list sheet with tool part numbers for everything in the kit. The parts list gets laminated and attached to the inside of the lid. If you are setting up the jobs every week, consider buying enough holders to keep the tools stored with the holders out of the machine. If properly stored you should be able to retain the tool length offset numbers so you dont have to reset the tools for each setup.

I beleive a simple pocket selecting axis substitution rotate about X axis will do what you want. A pocket zig zag or one way toolpath will produce X and A moves. In backplot the tool will revolve about the part, in verify the part will rotate about the a axis. Chack out the rolldie.mc9 in the samples folder. look at the first toolpath (the roughing path). Right wrong or indifferent that forum turned into nothing but a bi!@# session. wading through the same posts from the same whiners to find legitimate posts is at times a daunting task. So I understand the "nipping in the bud". In the case of the post at hand, litnin has posted 4 times and really hasnt clarified what he is trying to do that MC doesnt do well.

Rather than admit my culinary inadequacies, I scrape the globs of spaghetti out of the pot smother with enough sauce (it acts like a solvent) to get it to separate. Dump the (probably burnt) crumbled hamburger on top. And say something to the effect of "you really want it dont ya babe" with the utmost confience.
