eMastercam Downloads file error

Hello,

 

I was trying to downloads the Mpmaster post. But for some reason, it always prompt error message :

 

"An Error Occurred

 

Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information.

 

 

[#10850.2] An internal error occurred. Please contact an administrator

 

 

I tried clicking to download others file. It all have similar erorr.

 

I'm using Win 7 64bit, IE9 and FireFox 10.0.1

I just tried the download the X6 mpmaster..

 

after clicking Download, I got sent to a liability disclaimer page.

Once I clicked agree, the download began

Strange. I just tried with IE9 x64 without even being logged in and it worked (as it should).

 

I'll dig a little deeper.

Yes, I'm the reseller from Singapore.

 

At first I thought it could be due to the new HP Laptop or firewall in the Norton 360 that I'm using.

disable the firewall does not help

 

I tried with others PC, but that doesn't success too.
