How do you guys figure the rotation speed of the part in operations like this combined with the RPM of the tool?

I dooooooo wonder how long a machine will keep its accuracy spinning at this rate.

Yeh I know acc and dec should all be sweet and it shouldn't be putting any real forces on thrusts or screws but that is mighty fast.

I didn't program this. We just placed an order for the older generation of this mahine not the LP version, but I ran across this while doing some research and was amazed. We have 3 Mikron's now and this will be our forth. It's an HSM 400u with 42k spindle, hsk40e taper, 68 tool changer, and 18 station pallet changer. The 5 axis machine (UCP 600 Vario) we have owned since 2006 is not high speed in either of the rotary axis. So i'm excited to get a 1g acceleration machine with all 5 axis high speed.
