Holder doesnt show gouges using turbo in verify

Plus, I get this error when generating paths, even if I put 10" in the overall

tool length stickout, when in pic 2 @ 2-1/2" stickout you can clearly see

that the holder is not even close to gouging.

when I try regenerating the paths in X7 I get the same error.

 

any help or incite will be greatly appreciated

Is there any way to get the gouges from the holder to show in verify

using turbo?

That's the whole idea, it compensates for the holder so there are no gouges. The message that pops just says that there may be extra material left.

Hi Glen, thanks.

 

Maybe a good enhancement would be for the message to pop up when it "actually"

compensates for gouges, then shows you where the extra material is left.

That way you dont have to check every path closely to see if It needs more cutter length to cut

and not miss material.

 

I am liking using the holders, for it does show in verify(in red) the collisions.
