Helicoil Insert Help

I installed 60, M12 x 1.75 by 24mm long helicoil inserts in a piece of 6061 plate that's 1.500 thick, the problem is I installed the from the wrong side, the plate is drilled and tapped all the way through, does anybody know how to screw the helicoil through the plate so it is just below flush with the other side of the plate, already broke the tangs off before I realized my mistake, I need to ship the plate to the customer tomorrow so if there are helicoil insert experts out there, any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

I was hoping to avoid scraping the inserts, I believe there $5.00 each also don't have time to order new ones, its gotta ship on Thursday, I have to squirt some WD-40 on them, modify a M12 SHCS and screw them through to the other side!!! wish me luck thanks for your help.

Yup. he'll spend more time trying to save them, than just getting them out and replacing them with new ones.

Not only that but he'd be unlikely to get the majority of the out
