Nice! ;-). I cut my teeth in many a shop like that. Learn all you can and always be willing to go above and beyond whats asked of you.

A lot nicer than some of the shops I have worked at in the past. One place they would dump the chips on the floor and work right on top of them sometimes 1/3 meter tall. Worked in another where they would spit dip into the chip pans of the conventional lathes. Learn what you can better yourself and control your own future.

Honestly My first three years were in a shop just like that also.

Nobody would hire me because I had no experience.

We had a small window air conditioner in one of the garage door panels

and anytime you had to load in steel or load out a delivery you "Lost all the progress"

That little air conditioner had made.

Oh yeah, tee shirt, shorts, along with a shop apron & boots.

There are many people here who can help you learn.

It works best if you ask specific questions.

 

It will also be helpful if you could get books and other training materials in your language from your Mastercam dealer.

 

Most of it you will learn by doing.

You will also make some mistakes but that is part of learning.
