Unhide/hide I want to keep geometry- hide surfaces

use the selection filters to select only surfaces

then hide them

i like to put surfaces on one level and wireframe on another, makes it easy to turn one off

Blank/unblank on occasion but I rely on the fact I lay my part and geometry out on levels......

I always use ALT+E and select the stuff I only want shown.  It's temporary, but effective.

I tied my blank and unblank to hot keys. When something is in my way alt+b blanks it and alt+n unblank. Solid is usaully on one level and wireframes for each op on others.

In X7 Hide/unhide asks you what you want to keep. I click All Wireframe and it leaves the geometry not the wire frame.

There is a difference from Geometry and the wire frame.  Im still trying to figure out where to click to say I want to keep All

geometry.  Is there a ALL button anywhere???
