what can I do now???

best choice... return it and buy a machine built for Cad/Cam use

2nd choice

assuming it's a desktop machine, with expansion slots,

buy and install a decent video card

preferably a Quadro P2000 or 4000

if money is tight buy a good NVIDIA gaming card

if it's a laptop or if the options above are not possible,

Go to the Start Menu/Mastercam 2018/Mastercam Advanced Configurations/Graphic Support

and disable "Hardware Acceleration"

This may make your system useable, put performance will be poor

what inviadia gaming card can handle this ???

Depending on how large your files are, you can use a GTX1050Ti, GTX1060, GTX1070 or the best gaming card they have is the GTX1080Ti.

Make sure the card is a GTX version, unless you go for the Quadro as mentioned above.

Or if you can find one, I'm using the GTX980 card here at work.

You might be able to limp by with turning off hardware acceleration in the mastercam advanced configureation, bu thats just a band-aid type fix and will kill performance, the best option is what gcode recommended and get a system that meets the minimum requirements.
