O/T Tiny turning

Are any of you set up for turning tiny parts? If so would you be interested in some work?

By tiny I mean, for example:

.090 OD

.02 ID.

.015 wide grooves

.5 length

close tolerances, some +/- .0004

Screw Machine work a little bigger than what I use to do but should be easily done and help with no problem by the crew machien people I have good contacts if you would like them. Email me and I will sned them your way if intrested.

 

BTW I use to do a .0625 with a +.0002 -.0000 A-2 parts for Vistakon so I know hard but no impossible.

I know of a shop with "Levin" Jewler's lathes. They do ultra tight tolerance work.

They are a job shop that does dental implants for my brother-in-laws company. Very good work.

Levin is a Lathe Mfr. They make very small, very precise, benchtop lathes for making jewelry and other assorted stuff. They're like miniature "chuckers".
