  2. I use water based coolant, but really flood it. Keep tool free of any chips or swarf.

  12. we use several Lagun. They worked fine for 20 years with no magor repairs. I do think Bridgeport has the top of the line in manual mills though.
  13. I turn my computer monitor sideways my horizontal and vertical machines use the same planes.
  14. use an 1.25 ball endmill and mill it in.
  15. we use small #1 or #2 centerdrills for engraving, they work very well and last a long time. As for font we use stick and turn comp to off.
