I don't use 'em, but I just created some per the instructions in the help. Seemed to work as advertised.
help -> mastercam interface -> customizing mastercam -> customizing your workspace ->
customizing the graphics window right-click menu
Mr. Thomas, now that's minimalist.
I raised this subject, & a few other verify issues, more than once in the (now deleted) X7 beta threads.
I received the same lack of a response each time. AFAIK verify is licensed from another vendor,
looks as though it probably is what it is.
++ Sir.
This same error message was a bug in facing, in previous versions.
(one way style, with depth cuts) The posted code was fine.
Maybe it's resurfaced in contour paths, what's your posted code look like?
It's not clear to me what you're looking for.
I would have blended the corners as TheePres did.
Are the cylinders correct & you need the walls to be tangent to them?
Do you want the corners blended & the cylinders trimmed?
Hmm, I just downloaded the attachment to post #13, unzipped it,
& ran it on an X6 file with 3 tool path groups. No issues.
I'm running mu3, I'd doubt that's the issue, but it's possible.
Maybe download the file again & start fresh.
Here ya go. I commented out the version checking.
It should be fine, but things do change between versions, Caveat Emptor.
They changed group numbering from 1 based to 0 based awhile back, that was interesting.
The attached VB script will go through & rename your operations by their group name.
It's hacked up from a script that I use to rename operations by their tool no.
It'll prompt for a start & end operation number. For each group within that range you'll
be prompted for the new nci name, defaulting to the group name.
This is specific to X5, some day I'll get around to verifying it in later versions.
You're doing it wrong then. The beauty of using WCS's is that when revised models come nothing needs to moved or redefined,
so long as it's exported from the same coordinate system.
When you start moving stuff around you lose context with the rest of the assembly.
I see the same behavior.
Had a whole gaggle of _ir_tu2_temp_XX directories,
deleted them, a new one is created for each new MCX7(SP1) instance.
Should I care?
