Yeah fix the back lash. Seriously. replaced the worm gear on our machine. The problem comes from being at 0 or 90 degrees all the time. You need to run it through a exercise routine one a day where it goes through the full range of movements and that should help keep it from happening again.
Well it looks like you are telling it to rotate 90 degrees then rotate 180 on top of that. Would that not put it back where it started? I would recommend doing one rotate at 90 degrees. then rotate that Transform rotate operation 180 degree and that should take care of the problem you are seeing. In other works you are getting what you are telling it to do. by rotating it 180 degrees twice you are going back to where you started. By rotating it 90 degrees, then rotating that 180 then I think you will get what you are looking for.

Quardo FX 3800
I run this one on 3 different systems all Xeon processors and it has never failed me with dual 22" to Dual 24" between the different systems. $705 is the best price I could find on the web.
Here is an FX1800 link.

That will not be where it is. It will be in the toolchage part of the post. Something like cout. You will want to eiter put a * in front of it or if the post has pfcout then use it.

You could try to use surface finish contour. then in the advanced setting tell it to machine the flats. I would use a bull tool in that case and not a ball em. Try the toolpath you got from me with a bull em and change the depth limits to allow it to cut below where I stopped it.
Rob I hold myself accountable to a standard most call crazy. I will call a spade a spade, but I know there is a right way and wrong way. I did not represent myself in a good way or the companies I work for in a good way and that does them or me no good.
Before anyone goes and get mad. I did something wrong and asked that the topic be taken down. I have a professional responsibility to who I work for as well as the people on this forum and I let them down. So anyone who is upset the thread got taken down need not be. The right thing was done thanks John for doing that it is appreciated.
Thanks I can't wait to try it either.
J/K guys this a great new tool and I am not saying that cause or where I work. I think a lot fo you guys are really going to enjoy this free new tool. Also check out the MBD dimensioning right to surface and solid models.
They finally have an order page up with a US price and says exclusive VAT. So yeah it could over $450 before it was all said an done. Be glad when they get a distributor over here.
You doing simple no thinking stuff and do not care how the code looks then it is the product for you. When it can take some of my Integrex stuff and programming for the dual spindle and figure out clamping methods and strategies not to influence the part through the machining process then I will be impressed.
I have a post for our Integrex and never had a problem getting something done for it. Big thing is I bug them and keep on them and it gets done. They are like anyone with a lot to do and something you just have to nudge them to help you out.
It is great toolpath use it all the time you have to be real careful that you are using start from center also I never use it with control. always with wear or computer. If computer I cut it then check size the adjust the program re-post and then go from there. It really comes down to what you are trying to do. Look in the help section or put a sample up of what you are having a problem with and I am sure someone will be more than glad to help you out.

Got it fixed. I had to make a wire frame of the solid I was trying to use and use chains to define my stock and now it works. Man such flawless great working software. Now I see why Esprit and UG are so worried about people dropping them for Mastercam rock solid lathe product. Sorry I can't type that with a straight face. I-LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL
Just call me John B when it comes to lathe.
