I have ran Magnesium on Fully enclosed horizontal mill, this creates a cloud of fine mag particles which is very dangerous, might even explode. We had a fire but was caused by someone throwing there cigarette butt into chip conveyor. Used some black powder to extinguish, sorry I dont recall name of that stuff. As to using coolant, once had a batch of parts rejected at magna-flux because of porosity inside castings that was caused by contaminated coolant, seems an operator who was having skin reactions to mag dust took it upon himself to use coolant which was strictly prohibited. Elad, its caused by attribute of file. If you go to "My Computer" and right-click on properties of any MC9 file unclick all attributes. Only dont know how to accomplish this to 200 drawings at once.

Regarding the chaining. Are you sure not chaining full?. Try setting to partial chain with wait statement to insure not selecting face.
