Collin . Thanx ,I know about it . But it would not help me . I need this WCS feature because it is one of a couple of things I need desperatly . Especially while doing 5x stuff You see ,templates would not help . Groups too I usually go by tool through different Tplanes . And I usually copy operations and geometries . Why I can not copy WCS/cplane/tplane settings ? Drag and drop man ,if it is Windows Api ,go to the end I also want to see in operation manager without opening the procedure if my coolant is on or off Heck ,even Aura had some tiny picture with water on off if I remember right and it was 20 years ago ! Make operation manager more informative !

Hi . Dear software developers ! I want WCS as a separate feature ,like tool and geometry and wish I can drag and drop it from operation to operation ! Think it would be cool and that`s very handy too . BR, Humble dumbass

Recently I completly migrated to X2 Took me an effort V9 for most of simple parts is still faster than X2 Yet X2 is slowly only a bit After I customized it ,well ,it is OK for me But for huge projets ,lots of surfaces ,lots of toolpathes it is definetly better ,has more optiona and more stable . You simply have no future with V9 ,even if it is better for you. I do not like x2 concept of interface but I can get with it In a couple of cases when I have no options to make something in X2 I still has v9 . I am with you ,brothers and sisters V9 users ,but there is no other way . You all will migrate to X in a year or two BR

Elraiis ! Why are you stick to solid . Do it in surfaces Like I said before I would do it in 15 minutes and that`s what you need to do . Play with Solids in your free time

If you can not make solid .copy your surfaces to other level ,delete surfaces you dont need and turn your female part to male adding a couple of needed surfaces Dirty ,quick and damn effective HTH

You can not make it larger than Your mill radius It`s impossible

rEMINDS ME OF A GUY ,THAT once came to us with a proposal to buy collets 3 times price less I used ETM ,this was something from Taiwan never heard of . My boss bought them ,I was against this move . We threw them away in 2 days . Bad stuff is cheap nowadays . You need to work with someone you trust . If someone works for 15-20 years he protects his reputation and will not play this overprice game . I know some guys for 15 years . I have good relations with everybody . Helps me a lot Will help you too .

But why all this fuss at all If someone don`t want to learn you would never win Lazyness is very creative !!! I know hundred ways to change database without actually changing it at all so that any check of yours it will pass OK BUt if is it worth it I never cheated . Others used my works Me it never mattered As Eeyore says I challenge any your programm I will overpass your check . But is it has any sense to waste my and your time . Use it to teach those who want to learn . Teacher always knows who cheats and who learns

No Alex, that is not something you can do in MCAM any version ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ That`s exactly what many others can do . And I ask myself : Why I need to use translucent if i can not see nothing as I need It gives me not too much Well ,in Cimatron it was a great way to check things In Mastercam it lacks a lot

In ver9, you could select which surfaces you wanted translucent. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ No ,you can not You can only make them all selected translucent . You can not make translucent and regular shade both

Guys . I know it What I want is this I need to shade some solids not transparent ,and some transparent I want to check some solids against others and some toher things I want it as in the image I want in model make one solid face transparent and all the others not Alas ! I had it in Cimatron and it was great !

Hi! I like how this feature is implemented in Cimatron . You can make any solid or surface translucent You can look inside everything . In Mastercam translucent not gives you much ,cause ALL is translucent. I need the body translucent and insert regular shaded to see where the problem is !

MAcro`s for me was always messy ,in former versions ,SO i EVEN NOT TRY TO USE IT AT ALL . yOU BETTER WRITE THE SIMPLE vBSCRIPT . JMHO HTH BR
